ORDER GUIDELINES
Organic Angel Cosmetics is committed to protecting your privacy. All of the customer data we collect is protected against unauthorized access. WE DO NOT SELL, SHARE, RENT OR TRADE ANY INFORMATION PROVIDED TO US UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
PAYMENT:
We accept Master Card or Visa. If you wish to pay by check, please call first
for approval and shipping charges. Make your checks out to Organic Angel
Cosmetics.
ORDERS:
You may place your order via mail, phone, e-mail, fax, or through our website,
www-organicangelgirl.com. Orders placed with us on-line are through a secure
server for your protection.
SHIPPING:
Orders in stock will be processed within 5 business days. We make every effort
to maintain an appropriate supply of stock. However, out of stock items
do occasionally occur. Items out of stock will be shipped within 1-2 weeks.
We will notify you immediately if an item is out of stock.
SHIPPING CHARGES:
All orders are shipped from Cocoa, Florida. Unless expressly instructed otherwise,
we will ship via UPS ground or United States Postal Service, whichever
is less expensive. If special shipping is required (such as Next Day Air,
etc.) please let us know when placing your order.
RETURNS:
Organic Angel Cosmetics will happily accept returned merchandise if unopened
and undamaged within 20 days of purchase. Customers wishing to return items
must contact Organic Angel Cosmetics prior to return. Shipping costs are
the responsibility of the purchaser.
DAMAGED SHIPMENTS:
If a shipment is damaged, save all packaging & containers for damage
inspection by our shipping company. Contact us immediately. In order to ensure
your interests are served and needs met, we need your timely cooperation.
Organic Angel Cosmetics coordinates the filing of any damage claims and replaces
your shipment expeditiously!
